These pin jaws allow you to set up work pieces at any angle in 5 degree increments on one or both sides of a 6 inch vise.
-The first three pictures are after grinding and what you will receive. The rest are as milled finish and for reference only.
-Ground top, bottom, front, and back. The ends are a side milled finish.
-1/4 inch pins included with jaws in 1.250" and 2" lengths
-Reamed .251 holes
-Made from 4140HT. Appox 30 Rockwell C
-Fit Kurt bolt pattern industry standard hole spacing
-Pins can be used as work stops, put parallels on top of pins, use the holes however your imagination allows.
-To install: Put the fixed jaw in the vise and tighten it. Put the movable jaw in and snug it. Insert several pins and close the vise to align the jaws. Open vise and tighten movable jaw.
